I am passionate about coaching clients to improve their self-care commitments by empowering them to create their own wellness plans, learn cooking skills, adopt exercise regimes, and find the balance necessary to manage intense lives.

My role as a coach is not to tell you what you should do to make yourself healthier. Rather:
✓ I will guide you through exercises to help you understand your true goals.
✓ Together, we will determine which goals are achievable and most urgent.
✓ We will set meaningful and timely milestones.
✓ I will be a source of constant encouragement and support, on good days and not so good days.
✓ I will provide on-going accountability as you attempt to reach your successes.
✓ When it comes to nutrition, my personal mantra is moderation, not intermittent fasting or Keto or juicing or whatever the latest fad is. I believe in enjoying life and enjoying food, but cooking at home most days is a great way to stay healthy.
